decide Consulting is a Houston, Texas based software management and consulting business. Founded by David Moise and Don Keller, two veteran software consultants, decide was founded to meet unique software development and integration requirements in the Houston market.

Our Management

David Moise. President and Founder of Decide Consulting. Prior to starting Decide Consulting in 2002, Mr. Moise spent 13 years working for several IT Services Firms. These include Andersen Consulting, Berger & Co. (now Idea Integration), Akili Systems and Insource. During this time he has held a number of positions including programmer, technical architect, Practice Manager and Sales Account Executive. He has spent numerous hours not only solving hands-on client technical problems and crafting their solutions, but was responsible for securing and retaining millions of dollars of new business.

Don Keller. Vice President of Decide Consulting. Prior to joining Decide Consulting in 2003, Don was the President NDCSearch.com and SignalFive Technologies. He has over 10 years experience in IT, and has worked directly with major Fortune500 customers to define business processes and integrate technology solutions to automate and enhance those processes. Through his experience owning and consulting with software companies, he has developed a practice around helping these companies realize unrecognized revenue streams.
